We are seeking an experienced customer service person with either spanish as a first language or someone who has previously used spanish in a commercial environment.
The role will involve telephone communication with the Spanish market in a customer service environment. This is a small multi-lingual department and therefore you must also be prepared to take on other administrative duties as required, including cover for holidays and sickness. You should have reasonable IT skills and a confident and pleasant telephone manner must come as standard.
