4. YOU'VE MADE IT TO THE JOB INTERVIEW ROOM. Now what? .....
Ask where you should sit, unless of course it's obvious.
If you wish to remove your coat/jacket, ask first.
At this stage, accept a drink if you wish - we suggest a glass of water, rather than coffee.
During the interview, although we cannot anticipate all the questions you will be asked, the best advice we can give is to show enthusiasm. You can do this by:
Asking questions (which you will already have prepared)
Letting the interviewer know that you have looked at their website or have seen their brochure.
Good eye contact with the Interviewer - but don't stare!!
Talk about your previous responsibilities and how they compare with the responsibilities of the job you are being interviewed for. Make comparisons with your skills and experience.
Remember, you want this job and this should come across through your general demeanour and behaviour at the interview.
