  • Telephone screening candidates whose written details appear of interest
  • We will hold face-to-face interviews with all strong potential applicants
  • Producing personal profiles, following our meeting with them,  to accompany candidate CV for your shortlist
  • Arranging interviews on your behalf  for your chosen candidate at a time and date convenient to you
  • Providing candidates with feedback after interview
  • Rejecting un-successful candidates
  • Arranging 2nd interviews if required
  • Managing the final job offer and resignation process, keeping the channels of communication ongoing with the candidate until start date

Our Fees

Our fees for recruitment are structured to accommodate your particular needs and, as per industry standards, are based on a percentage of the  annual salary. We understand that some businesses will require more support during the recruitment process than others and our fees reflect this.

No fees are payable by you until a successful candidate is found and will be invoiced upon their start date

We also offer a ‘Rebate Scheme’  for your comfort and protection – details of our fees and the Rebate Scheme are available upon request.
